Baal is essentially an oral tradition closely linked to the practices of yogis, Sufis, and mystics, serving to preserve the living wisdom immortalized in the songs of the great saints. The word bául itself comes from the Sanskrit word "vayu," meaning "air," because these spiritual singers, having mastered the art of breathing, become as light as air, as light as light.
This tradition has been practiced by generations for thousands of years and continues to this day.
