Adrien Lepage is different from the others. He struggles at school, has no friends, and speaks very little. He taps out rhythms on everything within reach: on the wall, the table, his younger brother, his mother's dishes. His surroundings are irritated by it. His grandmother's inheritance transports him into a special world.
Then Tiketum, his drum kit, enters his life. Adrien becomes the top student in his class, a perfect little housekeeper, forms a band, and begins to resemble the others. Or does he?
