Community building, the development of cultural life, the preservation of national identity and the cultivation of local traditions are important to me. The SPARSE programme supports the development of rural networks and helps the development of professional public relations. Through their training, promoters develop closer links with each other. Through the project we can share our experiences, plans, difficulties. My aim is to offer for the local people a higher level of insight into the cultures of different peoples, and to give them a personal experience of the "work and thinking" behind quality performing arts. I believe that by spending "quality time" and gaining new experiences, community cohesion is getting strengthened.
