The idea of establishing the Olsztyn Dance Theater was born from the need to develop the dance art community in Olsztyn. The first stage was the completed project "Olsztyński Dance Theater. Prologue” as part of the Olsztyn Citizens' Budget 2019. The originator of the project is Katarzyna Grabińska and the ARToffNIA Dance and Art Foundation. Currently, the Olsztyn Dance Theater operates as part of the ARToffNIA Dance and Art Foundation in permanent cooperation with provincial government units, implementing year-round activities: artistic productions and presentations of performances, artistic residencies, and educational - open workshops and rehearsals, meetings with the audience.
