Hajnalka Váradi
PRO PROGRESSIONE
I am Hajnalka Váradi, a community civil organizer. I was born on March 14, 1987, in Ózd. Due to financial constraints from growing up in a poor musician family, I couldn't continue my studies. I started a family early and became a mother at 18. I worked as a cashier at TESCO and then moved back to my hometown in 2015. In September 2016, I secured a job at the National Cultural Institute, becoming a cultural and audience relations specialist. I was involved as a community organizer in the 'Eliminating Segregated Life Situations in Borsodbóta with Comprehensive Programs' project from 2018 to 2021. I am currently employed at the Borsodbóta Municipality. I enjoy community organizing and arranging cultural programs, especially working with children. I maintain close relationships with the leaders of local institutions and actively participate in community life. My goal is to shape the worldview of the residents and support their lives.
