The performance “Dust Mirrors” is inspired by the autobiography of a young playwright, a fact-based work that tells the experience of youth growing up in a province, in a family of drinking parents, where there's nothing to do or something to enjoy. The main theme of the performance is the uneasiness in the family, at school, among friends and the impact of that uneasiness on young people, manifested in drug use, criminal activities, as a result of which many people ended their days in prisons or even left life.
The idea for the performance came from the debut playwright, the author of the mono play “Dulkyti mirrors” and its performer, the young actor Raimondas Klezis, participating in the project organized by Youth Against Crime in the summer of 2019 in Kaunas Juvenile Detention Center.
