"Lithuanian Tale of Three Sisters" - a subtle, refined, elegant puppet show for children and the whole family, in which puppet-actor, director and artist Linas Zubė subtly, unobtrusively, elegantly and culturally invites to reflect on the categories of reason and stupidity, sincere modesty and angry jealousy, the opportunity provided by life to choose through suffering, through condemnation, to receive a reward far more valuable than material wealth. At the same time, the director and actor of the performance formulate another idea: each of our little ones is our third brother or third sister, only we hide our otherness as best we can. Why? ..
As if playing, talking to his pastel veneer characters (farmer, two smart sisters and Kvailute, a miniature figure of a shepherd, etc.), the puppet L. Zube creates a magically colorful world full of everyday visual lyrics, subtle inner and divine world lyrics. The poetic and ambiguous image of the performance, the sensitive acting of the puppet reveal the amazing deep structure of the folk tale, so this performance should be especially attractive to true theater gourmets.
