Dance performance-historical tour about 200 years ago, fleeing from Berlin from Napoleon's army, Queen Louise, who resided in Klaipeda, and the Royal Prussian manor. With historical-beautiful lyrics, modern deconstructed music of that time, city sounds and accompanied by dancers embodying the queen, the viewer feels like a hero in a historical film, where the pulse of modern Klaipeda and the breath of old Mēmelis merge.
The audience, who has become a participant, hears excerpts from the Queen and the manor letters and diaries, witnesses her environment, and Louise’s favorite cello music and laconic movement in the city spaces create a magical experience.
The dance performance-historical tour is intended for those who are looking for a poetic, personally touching, non-traditional artistic expression, who are interested in the history of Klaipėda region.
