Mõniste is a really small village in Võrumaa, South Estonia. In old times the centre of this area was a manor and a park. The manor was destroyed in the Northern War but now we can enjoy the rich variety of trees in the park near to the Mõniste lake. The centre of Mõniste culture life is Mõniste Peoples House founded 1940. Today it is renovated and it is the centre of local culture life. The building has a concert hall with stage, outside stage and accommodation opportunity.
